Details
The tour will depart LONDON Heathrow airport on the morning of June 15 from a hotel to be determined.  We will survey the travelers and will arrange the pick up at the one or two most popular hotels at Heathrow.

​Tour Cost
2,810 GBP, per person, double occupancy, not including airfare.  There are a very  limited number of singles available at 3,345 GBP. The price is quoted in pounds due to fluctuations in exchange rates. This way everyone is paying the same conversation rate at the deposit and final payment.  The price includes gratuities for the guide and bus driver. Any extra fees generated from a more favorable exchange rate will go towards an extra treat for the group along the way.

$420 USD per person.

Registration
If you would like to reserve a place on this tour, and would like to pay your deposit by credit card, please please submit your reservation information. You will then be taken to a secure payment form.  Please indicate your room preference (again VERY limited single room availability).  If for some reason you have to cancel out of the tour, every effort will be made to refund the $400 minus any non refundable expenses. Keep in mind that once the deposit is sent to hold the rooms at the hotels, we will not be able to get our deposits back. Final payment is expected to be due in early May.  A minimum of 25 people are needed to run the tour with a maximum of 32. ​

TRIP INSURANCE: It is highly recommended that all participants purchase travel insurance. Again, Susan Chwae is able to offer competitive rates and a variety of policy options.

Accommodations and arranged sightseeing are subject to change at any time due to unforeseen circumstances or circumstances beyond WHPS and Travel Smart by Design's (TSBD) control. Every effort will be made to operate tours as planned, but alterations may occur after the final itinerary has been issued. WHPS and TSBD also reserve the right to withdraw a tour or any part of it, to make such alterations to the itinerary or the tour inclusions as it deems necessary or desirable, and to pass on to tour members any expenditures or losses caused by delays or events beyond its control. In case of any appreciable variation in the tour price due to these circumstances, WHPS and TSBD reserves the right to make adjustments to the tour costs as necessary. Specific requests should be advised at time of booking. Please note that every effort will be made to secure special requests, however; they cannot be guaranteed.
